Ingredients of Chicken Karahi Recipe
- Chicken – 1 Kg
- Onion – 1/2 Kg
- Tomato – 3 or 4
- Yogurt – 2 Tbs
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tbs
- Dry Fenugreek – 1 Tbs
- Dry Coriander Powder – 1 Tbs
- Mixture of Ground Spices – 1 Tbs
- Lemon Juice – 2 Tbs
- Paprika – 2 Tbs
- Salt – To Taste
- Green Chili – 6 or 7
- Ginger Chopped – 1 Inch
- Coriander – 2 Tbs
- Oil – Half Bowl
Chicken Karahi Recipe
1- Chop the onion and tomato into slices and add first heat up the oil on medium flame. Then add the onion in the hot oil and cook them until these turn golden brown.
2- After that add ginger and garlic paste in it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add chicken in it and cook until it’s color turns golden brown. Now add tomato slices and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
3- After that add ground mix spices powder, dry coriander powder, paprika and salt in it. Also add now Dry Fenugreek and cook it well.
4- Now add the yogurt and mix it well. When the water dried out add chopped green chili and chopped coriander in it. After that turn your flame on low heat and add lemon juice into Chicken Karahi.
