Ingredients of Chicken Roast Recipe
- Full Chicken – 1 Kg
- Fresh Cream – Half Cup
- Yogurt – Half Cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Table Spoons
- Lemon Juice – 2 Table Spoons
- White Pepper – 1 Table Spoon
- Dry Coriander Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
- Paprika or Red Chili – 1 Tea Spoon
- Salt – To Taste
- Oil – 5 to 6 Table Spoons
Chicken Roast Recipe
1- Wash the chicken and put deep slices cuts on it. After that take a bowl and add fresh cream, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, white pepper, dry coriander powder, paprika, salt and oil in it. Mix all the ingredients well and make a smooth mixture.
2- Now coat the chicken with this prepared mixture and try to fill the cuts of chicken with mixtures with your figures. After coating it well , Marinate it for 2 to 3 hours.
3- When the marinate time comes to an end, take a oven dish and spread the oil on the dish well with cooking brush or with hands. Place your marinated chicken on dish and also put 3 to 4 potato on round shape inside the chicken. This tip will increase the taste of Chicken Roast.
