Chicken Tikka is traditional and common desi recipe. We use to have a barbeque party on different events and festivals. Not only this even on special gatherings and get together we like to do barbeque. And barbeque without Chicken Tikka is not complete. So today we are going to share simple and very easy Chicken Tikka Recipe. With this recipe you can make Chicken Tikka in few minutes.
Ingredients of Chicken Tikka Recipe
- Boneless Chicken Breast – Half Kg
- Garlic Paste – 1/2 Tbs
- Ginger Paste – 1 Tbs
- Tomato Paste – 2 Tbs
- Yogurt – 2 Cups
- Coriander – 2 Tbs
- Lemon Juice – 2 Tbs
- Cumin Grounded – 2 Tbs
- Curry Powder – 2 Tbs
- Paprika – 1/2 Tbs
- Salt – To Taste
- Oil – 1 Tbs
Chicken Tikka Recipe
1- Put ginger, garlic paste, tomato paste, lemon juice coriander, cumin, curry powder, paprika and salt in yogurt and mix it very well. Refrigerate it for 30 to 35 minutes.
2- Wash the chicken cubs now marinate it in the prepared yogurt mixture when the chicken dry. Also add oil in the chicken and mix it well. Cover the Chicken cubs with a clean cloth and refrigerate it at least for 5 to 6 hours.
3- Bring the chicken cubs to room temperature. Now preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Then skewer the chicken cubs on bamboo skewers.
4- Now place these chicken cubs bamboo skewers on baking tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until it turn to be soft and juicy. Do not forget that the delicious and tasty Tikkas are those which are juicy and soft.
5- Your Yummy Chicken Tikka is ready. Serve it with garlic naan, green chili sous and raita.
