  • Lemon
  • Water
  • Honey

Recipe

Extract the juice from lemon, take half tablespoon honey and mix the lemon juice & honey into warm water. Drink this juice before or after 45 minutes of food. The best time to drink is after awaking in morning. For good and quick results avoid Junk Foods.

14 Days Lemon Water Diet Plan

  • Day 1: Juice of 1 Lemon with 1/4 tablespoon of honey and mix it into 1 glass of warm water. First day drink it at early morning before 45 of taking breakfast.
  • Day 2: Juice of 2 Lemons with half tablespoon of honey and mix it into 2 glasses of warm water. One glass drink at early morning before 45 of taking breakfast. and second after 30 minutes of launch.
  • Day 3: Juice of 3 Lemons with half tablespoon of honey and mix it into 3 glasses of warm water. Two glasses drink as per directions of day 2 plan and the third glass drink before 1 hour of dinner.
  • Day 4: Juice of 4 Lemons with 1 tablespoon of honey and mix it into 4 glasses of warm water. Drink two glasses of water at early morning before 1 hour of taking breakfast. You can drink drink first one before 1 hour and the second glass in mid. Drink one glass after 30 minutes of launch. And the last glass before 1 hour of dinner.
