- Beet – 1 Medium
- Celery Stalks – 5 or 6
- Cilantro – 1 Bunch
- Spinach – 1 Cup
- Mints – 2 or 3 Leaves
- Sea Salt – ½ Tablespoon
Beet And Celery Juice Recipe
1- Take a medium beet, wash it with fresh water and cut it into cubes. Now also celery stalks, cilantro and spinach.
2- After chopping add all the vegetables into juice blender. Blend the vegetables well. Do not forget to add mints leaves.
