  • Carrots – 3 or 4 Medium Sized
  • Tomatoes (Diced) – 2 Pieces
  • Watercress – 1 Cup
  • Spinach – Half Cup
  • Cilantro – Half Cup
  • Black Pepper Powder – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt – To Taste

Carrot & Tomatoes With Watercress Juice Recipe

1- Wash and strip the carrots and cut them into little pieces.

2- Then wash Tomatoes, Watercress, Spinach & Cilantro well and chopped them.

3- Put all vegetables in a juicer and process at rapid with the goal that they mix appropriately.

4- Your diet drink is ready, now take a large juice mug and pour the drink in it. You can decorate it with slices of lemon. Before that do not forget to add black pepper and salt into the juice and mix them with spoon.
