- Spinach – 2 Cups
- Apples – 3 or 4
- Carrot Greens – ½ Cup
- Ginger Paste – ½ Teaspoon
- Lemon Juice – 1 Teaspoon
- Black Pepper – To Taste
- Salt – To Taste
Recipe of Spinach And Apple Juice
1- Firstly wash the apple and spinach with fresh water. Cut the apples into small pieces and make cubes. Then chopped the spinach well. Also chop carrot greens and make paste of ginger.
2- Put apple cubes and spinach into juice blender and blend them well in high speed.
3- After that add carrot greens, ginger paste into juice blender and blend the juice again.
4- Lastly take a serving juice glass or juice mug, pour the juice into glass. Before that add lemon juice into glass and after pour the juice mix them well with spoon.
