Ingredients of Broccoli Berry Smoothie
- Broccoli – 1 Cup
- Berries Frozen (Black/Blue) – 1 Cup
- Banana – 1
- Oats – 1/4 Cup
- Almond Milk – 1/2 Cup
- Coconut Water – 1 Cup
- Honey – 1 Tablespoon
Broccoli Berry Smoothie Recipe
1- Take broccoli florets and chop it. Take a frozen banana, peel and chop it also.
2- Now add the broccoli and frozen berries into blender with coconut water. Process the blender on high speed until these turn to be a smooth drink.
3- After that add oats, almond milk and honey into the blender. Blend the smoothie on high speed again. You can blend it for 50 to 60 seconds or until it turn to smooth.
