  • Grapefruit – 1/2
  • Orange – 1
  • Orange Juice – 1/2 Cup
  • Lemon – 1
  • Yogurt (Non Fat) – 1 Cup
  • Flax Seed (Grounded) – 2 Tablespoon

Citrus Smoothie Recipe

1- Take half pink grapefruit, than peel it and make section of it. Peel the orange and section it. Also squeeze the half cup fresh orange juice and add 1 lemon juice in it.

2- Add grapefruit and orange sections into juice blender and process the blender on high speed until it turn to a smooth drink.

3- Now add lemon juice mix orange juice, yogurt and flax seed into the blender and process the blender again on high speed for 50 to 60 seconds.
