Ingredients of Peach Pineapple Smoothie
- Peaches (Slices) – 1 Cup
- Pineapple – 1/2 Cup
- Banana – 1
- Lemon – 1
- Flax Seed (Grounded) – 1 Tablespoon
- Yogurt (Non Fat) – 1/2 Cup
- Almond Milk – 1/2 Cup
Peach Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
1- Take peaches, cut them into slices and freeze these slices. Chop the pineapple and freeze it also. Then peel banana, make slices of it and freeze it also.
2- Squeeze the lemon juice and pour it into a cup. Now add frozen peaches, pineapple and banana into juice blender with almond milk and process the blender on high speed until it turn to smooth paste.
3- After that add yogurt, grounded flax seed and lemon juice into it and process the blender again for 50 to 60 minutes.
