  • Green Bell Pepper – 1
  • Apple Red or Green – 1
  • Lemon – 1
  • Water – 1/2 Glass

Pepper and Apple Smoothie Recipe

1- Wash bell pepper and apple with fresh cold water and chop them and squeeze the lemon into a cup also.

2- Add the bell pepper and apple into juice blender with water and blend them on high speed for few minutes. After that add lemon juice into blender and process the blender for 20 to 30 seconds.
