Ingredients of Cheese Potato Salad

  • Salad Potatoes – 500 Grams
  • Red Onion – 2
  • Mushrooms – 140 Grams
  • Olive Oil – 2 Tablespoon
  • Wholegrain Mustard – 1 Tablespoon
  • Vinegar – 1 Tablespoon
  • Watercress – 50 Grams
  • Spinach – 50 Grams
  • Cheese – 80 Grams

Cheese Potato Salad

1- Wash the potatoes into two pieces and put them into a large port. Add water and boil the potatoes on high heat for 4 to 5 minutes.

2- Take the onions and slices each one into 6 wedges. Also chop the mushrooms into slices.

3- Take a fry-pan and add 1 tablespoon olive oil in it. After that add boiled potatoes in the frying pan with a sprinkling of salt and cook them for 20 minutes.

4- Add onion wedges to the frying pan and mix them well. Cook them for more 15 minutes until the potatoes turned a deep golden brown. Now leave to cool slightly.

5- Take frying pan and dry-fry mushrooms for 5 minutes or until they turn soften.

6- Now take a serving bowl and add watercress, spinach, wholegrain mustard, vinegar and remaining olive oil in it. Mix and shake all the ingredients well. After that add Mushrooms and fried potatoes and onion into the bowl with cheese. Mix all these things well and at the end garnish it with salad leaves.
