Ingredients of Italian Bean Salad

  • Cannellini Beans – 300 Grams
  • Black Soya Beans – 100 Grams
  • Spring Onion – 1 Bunch
  • Red Onion – 1
  • Tomatoes – 2
  • Red Chili – 1
  • Garlic Cloves – 2
  • Parsley – 1 Bunch
  • Olive Oil – 6 Tablespoons
  • Vinegar – 2 Tablespoons

Italian Bean Salad Recipe

1- Boil cannellini beans and black soya beans for 15 to 20 minutes. Now chop the red onion, spring onion, tomatoes, garlic and red chili.

2- Take a bowl and Whisk in it the olive oil with vinegar and add seasoning to taste. After that add boiled beans with red onion, spring onion, tomatoes, garlic, red chili and mix all these ingredients well.

3- Garnish the salad with parsley. Your tasty Intlian Bean Salad is ready to eat.
