Ingredients of Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie
- Cucumber – 1
- Pineapple – 1 Cup
- Spinach – 1/2 Cup
- Apple – 1
- Kale Leaves – 3
- Pineapple Juice – 1 Cup
Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie
1- Peel the cucumber and chop it. Also chop the spinach and apple roughly. Take prepared caned pineapple 1 cup. And add cucumber, spinach, apple, pineapple with 1 cup of Pineapple Juice.
