Ingredients of Mango Cucumber Smoothie

  • Mango – One & Half Cup
  • Cucumber – 1 Small
  •  Almond Milk – 1/2 Cup
  • Non-Fat Yogurt – 1/4 Cup
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Tabalespoon
  • Ice Cubes – 1/2 Cup

Mango Cucumber Smoothie Recipe

1- Chop mango into cubes and freeze it. Now make the cucumber seedless, peel and chop it.

2- Add chopped mango, cucumber and almond milk into blender and process the blend on high speed.

3- When it turns to be smooth, add yogurt and lemon juice in it. Blend again for 4 to 5 minutes or until it blend smooth.
