Ali Zafar’s Open Letter On Kashmir Issue
He wrote: “What the world needs the most today is empathy and understanding towards each other’s point of views. Humanity is one race. If a certain part of it suffers, the other is bound to suffer as an effect. Unless we don’t understand this concept we will keep going round and round in circles harming each other in the process and ultimately the human race and the planet. We must learn from our collective human history and evolve to understand that peace in a region means peace around the world specially in this global era and vice versa.
Understanding the plight of the people of Kashmir is crucial not just for the people of Kashmir but the world. Their voice needs to be heard around the globe. Their ethos should echo in our collective conscience. Anything less would be a great disservice to the human race. “ AZ #Kashmir
