The nation’s heartthrob Ahad Raza Mir has taken the industry by storm since he stepped into the acting field. He has made his way into hearts of zillions not only with his acting skills but also because of his humble attitude and down to earth personality. Ahad made his acting debut just 2 years ago with ‘Sammi’ but already has some of the most iconic roles to his name in such a short span. Everyone loves him cause of his humble attitude and down to earth personality.

Currently, he is wooing his fans with his flawless acting chops in Ehd-e- Wafa. In the said drama, he is portraying the character of an Army Cadet. Ahad Raza Mir has portrayed similar characters that have a patriotic feel to it. In Parwaan Hai Junoon he portrayed an air force officer. After that he continued to play a poet-politician in Angaan. Now in Ehd-e-Wafa in which he is portraying an army cadet.
Recently, the actor in interview with Dawn News said that he feels more Pakistani than ever. When asked him a question does he feel he has been gravitating too much towards a certain character genre? To which he replied
That’s a great question. I’m glad you asked. As a nation, we can be broken. We divide ourselves, we make subsections like ‘you’re this, I’m that’ but when it comes to patriotism, that’s when Pakistanis become united.
Adding further he said,
It’s weird. I feel more Pakistani now than I ever have. No matter where I go now, even if I’m going back to Canada. I’m seen as someone repping Pakistan. This is the good part of the whole fame thing.
Adding more he said he tries to change negative concept of Pakistan through art.
As an artist, I feel it’s my job to represent my country and to change negative concepts of Pakistan in people’s minds. I put value on showing people Pakistan by doing something like Hamlet.
