Indian Publication Apologized To Atif Aslam On Mistakenly Naming His Newly Born ‘Alhumdauillah’

Earlier we reported that singer Atif Aslam and wife Sara Bharwana have been blessed with a baby boy. The ‘Tera Hone Laga Hoon’ singer made announcement with a sweet & cute picture of the newborn sleeping on his side, hugging a soft elephant stuff toy, which simply melted our hearts! MashaAllah. He took to his social media handle and announced the arrival of his bundle of joy. In small note he posted, “Ladies and gentlemen our NEW arrival Alhamdulilah. Both mother and baby are fine. Keep us in your prayers and don’t forget to say Mashallah.”

However, an online Indian news portal took it in a whole different context as the publication made headline by naming Atif’s second child ‘Alhamdulilah’. ‘Alhamdulilah’ means all thanks to Allah. The publication wrote, “Atif Aslam and wife welcome their  second child, names him Alhamdulilah.”

All of this did not go ignored in the Twitter-sphere. Unsurprisingly, netizens had a field day roasting the story which to us screamed of unintended idiocy. The tweet has since been getting hilarious responses.

Soon the news outlet realized it’s mistake. The publication, Desi Martini, tweeted about the mishap, taking accountability and posting that the mistake is there no more. They also apologized singer for the error.
