Samsung, The Tech Giant, has announced a latest addition to the A-Series family. Named as Samsung Galaxy A31, it is the sequel to last year’s Galaxy A30. The new device is all set for a global launch in the weeks that follow. Compared to its M31 cousin, it’s more slender thanks to the taller aspect ratio of its 6.4″ Super AMOLED screen. The new smartphone comes with a 6.4-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a waterdrop-style notch. The phone will be available in four beautiful and trending colors which are Blue, Black, Red, and White.
Around the back, Samsung Galaxy A31 features a quad camera and offers a 5,000 mAh battery. The Tech Giant has not shared any details about the price or the availability of the Samsung Galaxy A31. If you are looking at a slim profile, featuring pushed back bezels, and a slightly hefty chin then this will be your first chose. It comes with an octa-core processor, where two cores are clocked at 2.0GHz, and six at a 1.7GHz frequency.The phone might pack MediaTek Helio P65 SoC. You can pick from two different storage options: 4GB of RAM + 64GB of ROM or 6GB of RAM + 128GB of native storage. The onboard storage is expandable up to 512GB with a microSD card.
As for the four-camera setup on Samsung A31. Samsung Galaxy A31 includes a quad camera setup on the back. It consists of a 48-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle shooter, a 5-megapixel macro camera and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. The front camera within the waterdrop-style notch is a 20-megapixel shooter. Apart from these features, the special features include Samsung Pay and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The company has yet to share the prices and availability details.
