If there has been one actor who left us in a awe of his talent and flawless performances then it has to be Robert Pattinson. The handsome actor has carved a niche for himself within a short span of his career. Started his acting career as supporting actor in the German made-for-television film Ring of the Nibelungs in 2004, and in director Mira Nair’s costume drama Vanity Fai, he rose to fame when he portrayed lead role of Edward Cullen in The Twilight Saga with perfection. There is an endearing honesty about the way he approaches his roles that makes him a unique actor indeed. The talented and good-looking man gets into his characters effortlessly and doesn’t shy away in portraying complex unconventional roles.
Robert Pattinson has made it on his own by relying on his hard work and stellar acting skills. Undoubtedly he is not just an excellent performer but a desirable celebrity among the audience. We were eagerly waiting to watch him in portrayal of Batman. But it seems that we have to wait even more. As Warner Bros is delaying a batch of theatrical releases including The Batman and The Sopranos prequel The Many Saints of Newark. The Batman, starring Robert Pattinson as the caped crusader, had been set to hit the big screen on June 25, 2021. It will now ride into theaters on Oct. 1, 2021.

Meanwhile, Alan Taylor’s Sopranos prequel film, “The Many Saints of Newark” has been pushed from Sept. 25, 2020, to a new date for March 12, 2021. One Warner Bros. tentpole that isn’t budging from its July 17, 2020 date is Christopher Nolan’s Tenet. And the studio is sticking to its Aug. 14 date so far for Wonder Woman 1984 (the sequel had initially been set to open in early June).
The release of King Richard, the biopic starring Will Smith as Richard Williams, father of tennis legends Serena and Venus Williams, is being delayed a full year, from Nov. 25, 2020 to Nov. 19, 2021, the heart of awards season. And the studio’s untitled Elvis film will move from Oct. 1, 2021 to Nov. 5, 2021. A pair of 2022 DC films are also being impacted. The Flash is moving up one month from July 1, 2022 to to June 3, 2022, while Shazam! 2 is being delayed from April 1, 2022 to Nov. 4, 2022.
