Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani

  • Rice – Half Kg
  • Chicken – 750 Gm
  • Onion Sliced Chopped – 3 or 4
  • Tomatoes Chopped – 2
  • Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon
  • Ginger Paste – 1 Tablespoon
  • Mint Leaves Chopped – 1/3 Bowl
  • Coriander Chopped – 1/3 Bowl
  • Green Chilies – 6 to 8
  • Lemon – 5 to 7
  • Red Chili Powder – 1 Tablespoon
  • Black Chili Powder – 1 Tablespoon
  • Grama Masla Powder – 1/3 Tablespoon
  • Salt – Two Taste
  • Cardamom – 5 to 6
  • Caraway – 1 Teaspoon
  • Saffron – 1 Pinch
  • Food Color – 1 Teaspoon
  • Milk – 2 Tablespoon
  • Oil – Half Cup
Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani Recipe

1- Take one large bowl and put chicken pieces in it. Add in the bowl yogurt, all grounded spices, with salt, red chili powder and black chili powder. After that add garlic ginger paste, lemon juice, caraway, oil and marinate & mix the ingredients well in chicken. Keep this marinated chicken aside for at-least 3 hours.

2- Wash the rice thoroughly in fresh water and soak for 2 to 3 hours. Take the soaked rice and put it into large pan with one teaspoon of salt, 4 to 6 leaves of mints, 4 to 6 leaves of coriander, cardamom and whole garam masala. Boil the rice in plenty amount of water. Drained the bowled rice through stainer.

3- Add tomatoes, green chilies, coriander and mint leaves into blender with one cup of water and make a smooth paste. Take another pan and heat it on normal flame. Add oil into the heated pan. When oil turned hot, now add chopped oil in it and cook the onion until it turned golden brown.

4- After that add marinated chicken in pan and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Add blended tomatoes and cover the chicken in low flame until it tenderize. Take one onion and chop it into slices. In another pan add 2 tablespoon oil and fry it until it turned brown.

5- Now take a large pan and add one tablespoon on the ground of it. Spread the oil on the whole ground and make a layer of rice on it. Then make a layer of chicken after that make another layer of rice. Now add the fried onion with oil into the surface of rice.

6- Mix fruit color and saffron in milk. Now spread the mixed fruit color on the top of the rice. Cover the pan with tight lid. Put it on dum or lower flame for about 20 to 22 minutes. Your delicious Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani is ready to taste.

Chicken Karahi Recipe

  • Chicken – 1 Kg
  • Onion – 1/2 Kg
  • Tomato – 3 or 4
  • Yogurt – 2 Tbs
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tbs
  • Dry Fenugreek – 1 Tbs
  • Dry Coriander Powder – 1 Tbs
  • Mixture of Ground Spices – 1 Tbs
  • Lemon Juice – 2 Tbs
  • Paprika – 2 Tbs
  • Salt – To Taste
  • Green Chili – 6 or 7
  • Ginger Chopped – 1 Inch
  • Coriander – 2 Tbs
  • Oil – Half Bowl
Chicken Karahi Recipe

1- Chop the onion and tomato into slices and add first heat up the oil on medium flame. Then add the onion in the hot oil and cook them until these turn golden brown.

2- After that add ginger and garlic paste in it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add chicken in it and cook until it’s color turns golden brown. Now add tomato slices and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.

3- After that add ground mix spices powder, dry coriander powder, paprika and salt in it. Also add now Dry Fenugreek and cook it well.

4- Now add the yogurt and mix it well. When the water dried out add chopped green chili and chopped coriander in it. After that turn your flame on low heat and add lemon juice into Chicken Karahi.

5- Garnish the Karahi with slices of chopped ginger and serve with roti or tandori naan along with raita.

Hot & Spicy Fried Chicken Legs

  •  Chicken Legs – 6 or 8
  • Eggs Beaten – 2
  • Garlic Paste – 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Ginger Paste – 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Plain Floor – (Maida) 1/2 Cup
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Tablespoon
  • Seems – 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt – To Taste
  • Red Chili Powder – 1 Tablespoon
  • Black Pepper – 1 Tablespoon
  • Cumin Powder – 1 Tablespoon
  • Turmeric – 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Coriander – Chopped 1 Tablespoon
  • Vinegar – 2 Tablespoon
Fried Chicken Legs Recipe

1- Wash the chicken legs with fresh cool water and boil legs before frying in a pot of water for 10 to 12 minutes. Take a bowl and add plain floor, garlic ginger paste, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder and turmeric in the bowl. Now mix all these ingredients well and make a mixture.

2- Take one more bowl and beat eggs in it well. Now one by one coast the chicken leg into the prepared mixture and cover the leg with mixture finely. After that dip the leg into beaten eggs and cover it will beaten eggs. Repeat the flour coating step again and coat the leg with the flour mixture.

3- On a large fry-pan or saucepan add oil and out it on medium heat. Now coat leg piece into seems seeds. When the oil turned hot place the leg in it and fry until it turn golden brown. Then remove them from oil and place in a plate. Before serve put black pepper on the legs and coriander.

Chicken Korma Biryani

  • Chicken – 1 & 1/2 Kg
  • Rice (Boiled) – 1 Kg
  • Yogurt – 1 Cup
  • Onion (Large Size) – 2
  • Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon
  • Ginger Paste – 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt – To Taste
  • Red Chili Powder – 1 Tablespoon
  • Black Pepper – 6
  • Coriander Powder – 1 Tablespoon
  • Caraway – Half Teaspoon
  • Cardamom – 5 or 6
  • Food Color – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Oil – 1 & 1/2 Cup
Chicken Korma Biryani Recipe

1- Firstly wash the chicken with fresh cool water then add the chicken in a pan without water and also add all the spices in it including oil. Then let it cook on low flame. After 12 to 15 minutes add yogurt in the chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Now add two cup of water in it and put on dum.

2- Take another large pan and boil the rice in it. Before boiling do not forget to add 5 or 6 mint leaves, green chili, black pepper and caraway in the rice. When the rice tenderized, drain the boiled rice through stainer.

3- Now take one more pan and add one tablespoon of oil in the bottom of pan. Then spread half boiled rice in it then cooked chicken korma after that make another layer of rice on it. Then food color, kewra and 1 tablespoon of oil on the top of the rice. Now cover it and put on the dum for 12 to 15 minutes.

  • Elbow Macaroni – 3 to 4 Cups
  • Green Bell Pepper – 1
  • Onion – 1 Large
  • Stalk Celery – 2
  • White Vinegar – 1/4 Cup
  • Mayonnaise – 1 Cup
  • White Sugar – 2/3 Cup
  • Yellow Mustard – 2 Tablespoon
  • Cherry Pepper – 2 Tablespoon
  • Black Pepper – 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Salt – 1 Tablespoon
Classic Macaroni Salad Recipe

1- Take a large port, add macaroni into the port with 1 teaspoon salt and water to boil until tender. It can take about 10 to 15 minutes.

2- When macaroni boil up properly then rinse it under cold fresh water and drain. Wash the green bell pepper and stalk celery and chop it well. Likewise chop also the onion and cherry pepper.

3- Take a large bowl and add vinegar, mayonnaise, white sugar, yellow mustard, black pepper and salt in it. Mix all these ingredients well and make a paste.

4- Now add macaroni, bell pepper, stalk celery, onion and cherry pepper in the paste and mix it well. Your tasty classic macaroni salad is ready to taste. Garnish it with mint leaves. Now pour it into serving dish and store it into fridge for 4 to 5 hours.
